prochaine saison de printemps \/ \u00e9t\u00e9 et de permettre aux professionnels concern\u00e9s de pr\u00e9parer sans d\u00e9lai la reprise d\u2019activit\u00e9, <b>l\u2019activit\u00e9 partielle sera ouverte aux travailleurs saisonniers r\u00e9currents<\/b> dans l\u2019ensemble du pays <b>jusqu\u2019au mois de juin inclus.<br \/><\/b><br \/>Le recours \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 partielle sera autoris\u00e9 pour les travailleurs saisonniers disposant :\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Soit d\u2019un contrat de travail renouvel\u00e9 au titre de l\u2019obligation de renouvellement pr\u00e9vue par une convention collective et\/ou par une clause de leur contrat de travail. Si une telle clause est pr\u00e9vue, l\u2019employeur devra justifier d\u2019au moins un recrutement du m\u00eame saisonnier l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re ;<\/li><li>Soit d\u2019un renouvellement tacite d\u2019un contrat saisonnier pour la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode, mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9 par l\u2019existence d\u2019au moins deux contrats successifs, sans que le contrat de travail ou la convention collective ne l\u2019ait pr\u00e9vu
