2021 avait pr\u00e9vu de mettre en place, pour les professionnels lib\u00e9raux <strong>(ceux relevant de la CNAVPL), un dispositif obligatoire pour indemnisation des arr\u00eats de travail en cas de maladie.<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/loda\/id\/JORFTEXT000043648366\/\">Le d\u00e9cret du 12 juin 2021<\/a> fixe son entr\u00e9e en vigueur <strong>\u00e0 compter du 1er juillet 2021.<\/strong><\/p><p>Ce r\u00e9gime concerne donc les professionnels lib\u00e9raux et leurs conjoints collaborateurs, \u00e0 l\u2019exception des avocats.<br \/>Les professionnels lib\u00e9raux percevant cumulativement une pension de retraite sont eux aussi concern\u00e9s. Ceux percevant une pension d\u2019invalidit\u00e9 peuvent quant \u00e0 eux demander \u00e0 en \u00eatre exempt\u00e9s.<\/p><p><strong>La cotisation annuelle finan\u00e7ant ce r\u00e9gime est au taux de 0.30 % du revenu professionnel (avec une assiette minimale de 40 % du PASS)<\/strong>, sauf pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021 o\u00f9 il sera \u00e0 0.15% (au motif que les droits sont ouverts pour des arr\u00eats prenant effet au 1er juillet 2021).<\/p><p>Les <strong>conjoints collaborateurs<\/strong> seront eux redevables de cette cotisation <strong>au 1er janvier 2022<\/strong> et pourront b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des prestations \u00e0 compter de cette m\u00eame date.<\/p><p>La cotisation permet, en cas d\u2019arr\u00eat maladie, le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice d\u2019indemnit\u00e9s journali\u00e8res apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9lai de carence de 3 jours et d\u2019une indemnisation dans la limite de 87 jours cons\u00e9cutifs pour une m\u00eame incapacit\u00e9 de
