En tant que professionnel vous devez accepter les paiements en esp\u00e8ces.<\/strong><br \/>En cas de refus, vous vous exposez \u00e0 une amende pouvant aller jusque 150\u20ac.<br \/>Cependant, il existe un plafond d\u2019esp\u00e8ces maximum que vous pouvez recevoir : <br \/>\u2022 fix\u00e9 \u00e0 1 000 \u20ac (ou 3 000 \u20ac pour les paiements effectu\u00e9s au moyen de monnaie \u00e9lectronique) lorsque le client a son domicile fiscal en France ou agit pour les besoins d\u2019une activit\u00e9 professionnelle.<br \/>\u2022 fix\u00e9 \u00e0 15 000 \u20ac, lorsque le client est un non-r\u00e9sident et qu\u2019il n\u2019agit pas pour les besoins d\u2019une activit\u00e9 professionnelle.<\/p><p><br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Peut-on refuser un paiement par ch\u00e8que ou carte bancaire ?<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><strong>Oui ! Vous pouvez refuser le r\u00e8glement par ch\u00e8que ou carte bancaire sous r\u00e9serve d\u2019en informer vos clients,<\/strong> pr\u00e9alablement et de mani\u00e8re apparente par tout proc\u00e9d\u00e9 ad\u00e9quat visant \u00e0 les informer. (Les panneaux \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e d\u2019un magasin ou sur les caisses sont donc par exemple admis s\u2019ils sont visibles.)<br \/>Notez que si vous acceptez ces moyens de paiement, vous pouvez imposer des conditions. Par exemple, un montant minimum d\u2019achat ou la pr\u00e9sentation d&rsquo;une pi\u00e8ce d&rsquo;identit\u00e9.<\/p><p><strong>Attention, pour les professionnels affili\u00e9s \u00e0 un centre de gestion agr\u00e9\u00e9<\/strong>, vous \u00eates tenu d\u2019accepter le r\u00e8glement par ch\u00e8que et\/ou par carte bancaire.
