href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/jorf\/id\/JORFTEXT000046179687\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cret n\u00b0 2022-1151 du 12 ao\u00fbt 2022<\/a><br \/><u style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\"><b>Renforcement du bonus \u00e9cologique :<\/b><\/u><\/p><ul><li>Une aide, dite bonus v\u00e9lo, peut \u00eatre attribu\u00e9e sous conditions :\u00a0<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">\u00e0 toute personne physique majeure justifiant d&rsquo;un domicile en France,<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">dont le revenu fiscal de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence par part est inf\u00e9rieur ou \u00e9gal \u00e0 13 489 \u20ac,<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">\u00e0 toute personne en situation de handicap.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Le bonus \u00e9cologique pour l\u2019acquisition d\u2019un v\u00e9lo neuf atteint d\u00e9sormais jusqu\u2019\u00e0 400 \u20ac.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Il ne sera plus n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019avoir b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une aide locale, au titre du m\u00eame v\u00e9lo, pour en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Le montant du bonus \u00e9cologique est augment\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 2 000 \u20ac pour l\u2019acquisition : d\u2019un v\u00e9lo cargo, d\u2019un v\u00e9lo pliant, d\u2019un v\u00e9lo adapt\u00e9 aux personnes en situation de handicap &#8211; \u00e0 assistance \u00e9lectrique ou non, d\u2019une remorque \u00e9lectrique pour v\u00e9lo.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Les personnes en situation de handicap, quel que soit leur niveau de revenu, sont d\u00e9sormais \u00e9ligibles au bonus, qui \u00e9tait auparavant attribu\u00e9 uniquement sous condition de ressources.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b><u>Renforcement de la prime \u00e0 la conversion :<\/u><\/b><\/p><ul><li>Le montant de la prime \u00e0 la conversion, accord\u00e9e pour l\u2019achat d\u2019un v\u00e9lo \u00e0 assistance \u00e9lectrique neuf ou d\u2019occasion en \u00e9change de la mise au rebut d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule polluant, est augment\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3 000 \u20ac.<\/li><li>Dans les zones \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions, l\u2019\u00c9tat accorde une prime suppl\u00e9mentaire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1 000 \u20ac, \u00e0 condition d\u2019avoir b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une aide locale pour le m\u00eame v\u00e9lo.<\/li><li>Le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de la prime \u00e0 la conversion est \u00e9galement \u00e9largi au sein des familles. La mise au rebut d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule polluant donne d\u00e9sormais droit \u00e0 l\u2019attribution d\u2019une prime \u00e0 la conversion pour l\u2019achat d\u2019un v\u00e9lo par plusieurs membres du m\u00eame foyer fiscal.<\/li><\/ul><p>Ces aides sont cumulables entre elles et avec d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles aides locales. Elles sont en vigueur du <b>15 ao\u00fbt au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2022<\/b>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
