15px\"><br \/>Comme \u00e9voqu\u00e9 dans la communication du 5 d\u00e9cembre 2022, l\u2019amortisseur \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 mis en place en 2023 concerne toutes les TPE et PME qui ne sont pas prot\u00e9g\u00e9es par le bouclier tarifaire (en raison d\u2019un compteur \u00e9lectrique d\u2019une puissance sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 36 kVA). Cette aide sera automatiquement appliqu\u00e9e sur votre facture d\u2019\u00e9lectivit\u00e9.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><br \/>En revanche, le d\u00e9cret du 31 d\u00e9cembre 2022 demande \u00e0 ce que les entreprises concern\u00e9es se fassent conna\u00eetre en envoyant une attestation selon un mod\u00e8le d\u00e9fini. (Mod\u00e8le en pi\u00e8ce jointe).<br \/><br \/>Cette <b><u>attestation est \u00e0 remplir par vos soins<\/u><\/b> avant le 31\/03\/2023 ou au plus tard un mois apr\u00e8s la prise d&rsquo;effet de votre contrat si elle est post\u00e9rieure au 28 f\u00e9vrier 2023. Et \u00e0 retourner par tout moyen \u00e0 votre fournisseur d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 (d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialiser sur leur site ou tout autre moyen de communication).<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
