D\u00e9cret n\u00b0 2023-2 du 2 janvier 2023\u00a0<\/p>

Le Gouvernement met en place une aide sp\u00e9cifique de 100 \u20ac<\/b>, sous conditions de ressources, en faveur des personnes qui ont une activit\u00e9 professionnelle utilisant leur v\u00e9hicule pour travailler ou se rendre \u00e0 leur travail<\/b>.\u00a0<\/p>

  • Conditions pour pouvoir b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 carburant :<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
    \u00a0<\/div>
    • \u00eatre \u00e9tabli en France m\u00e9tropolitaine, \u00e0 Mayotte, en Guadeloupe, en Guyane, en Martinique ou \u00e0 la R\u00e9union et \u00eatre domicili\u00e9 fiscalement en France au titre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021 ;\u00a0<\/li>
    • \u00eatre \u00e2g\u00e9 d\u2019au moins 16 ans<\/b> au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2021 ;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    • avoir d\u00e9clar\u00e9, au titre des revenus 2021, un revenu d\u2019activit\u00e9 <\/b>figurant dans l\u2019une des rubriques suivantes de la d\u00e9claration de revenus :\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
      \u00a0<\/div>
      • traitements et salaires ou revenus assimil\u00e9s (hors ch\u00f4mage et pr\u00e9retraite) ;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
      • b\u00e9n\u00e9fices industriels et commerciaux (BIC) micro-entrepreneurs ou professionnels ;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
      • b\u00e9n\u00e9fices non commerciaux (BNC) micro-entrepreneurs ou professionnels ;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
      • b\u00e9n\u00e9fices agricoles (BA) ;\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
        \u00a0<\/div>
        • appartenir \u00e0 un foyer fiscal dont le revenu fiscal de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence par part<\/b> au titre des revenus de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021 soit inf\u00e9rieur ou \u00e9gal \u00e0 14 700 \u20ac<\/b> ;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        • ne pas \u00eatre redevable de l\u2019imp\u00f4t sur la fortune immobili\u00e8re (IFI) au titre de 2021 ;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        • utiliser un v\u00e9hicule \u00e0 des fins professionnelles<\/b> (incluant les trajets domicile travail) r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement assur\u00e9<\/b>. Ce v\u00e9hicule peut \u00eatre \u00e0 deux, trois ou quatre roues,\u00a0<\/span>thermique et\/ou \u00e9lectrique.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
          \u00a0<\/div>
          IMPORTANT<\/span>\u00a0: Un demandeur ne peut\u00a0<\/span>b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier que d\u2019une seule indemnit\u00e9. Un m\u00eame v\u00e9hicule ne peut pas donner lieu au versement de plusieurs indemnit\u00e9s<\/span>.<\/span>

          • La demande est \u00e0 faire \u00e0 compter du 16 janvier 2023, \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un formulaire qui sera mis sp\u00e9cifiquement \u00e0 disposition sur le site impots.gouv.fr.<\/b><\/span><\/li>
          • La demande devra \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e avant le 28 f\u00e9vrier 2023<\/b>.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
