Par cons\u00e9quent, il doit \u00eatre constat\u00e9 une baisse importante de l\u2019activit\u00e9.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>L\u2019activit\u00e9 partielle ne peut concerner que les salari\u00e9s embauch\u00e9s avant les fermetures de station de ski.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Les heures indemnis\u00e9es sont celles ch\u00f4m\u00e9es dans la limite de la dur\u00e9e <u><b>l\u00e9gale du travail<\/b><\/u> (<b>35H<\/b>) ou si elle est inf\u00e9rieure, \u00e0 la dur\u00e9e collective de travail ou contractuelle.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>L&#8217;employeur doit verser au salari\u00e9 une indemnit\u00e9 correspondant \u00e0 <b>60 % du taux horaire brut<\/b> par heure ch\u00f4m\u00e9e (Heure non travaill\u00e9e sur d\u00e9cision de l&#8217;employeur), soit environ 72 % du salaire net horaire. (Attention tout de m\u00eame, un taux horaire plancher d\u2019indemnisation est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 8.92 \u20ac par heure ch\u00f4m\u00e9e).\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>Nous vous laissons le soin de vous
