n\u00b0 2022-1714 du 29 d\u00e9cembre 2022\u00a0<\/a><\/p><p><b>L\u2019aide unique<\/b>, accord\u00e9e aux employeurs de moins de 250 salari\u00e9s au titre des contrats d&rsquo;apprentissage conclus en vue de l&rsquo;acquisition d&rsquo;un dipl\u00f4me ou d&rsquo;un titre \u00e0 finalit\u00e9 professionnelle \u00e9quivalant au plus au baccalaur\u00e9at (niveau 5), a \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/p><p>Pour les contrats d\u2019apprentissage conclus <b>\u00e0 compter du 1er janvier 2023<\/b>, l\u2019aide unique sera <b>vers\u00e9e exclusivement au titre de la 1\u00e8re ann\u00e9e<\/b> pour un montant maximum de <b>6000 \u20ac<\/b>.\u00a0<\/p><p>En parall\u00e8le, une nouvelle <b>aide exceptionnelle de 6000 \u20ac<\/b> maximum est institu\u00e9e pour les employeurs ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant pas de l\u2019aide unique. <br \/>Sont \u00e9ligibles, au titre de la 1\u00e8re ann\u00e9e et sous r\u00e9serve d\u2019\u00eatre conclus entre le <b>1 er janvier et le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2023 <\/b>:\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Les <b>contrats d\u2019apprentissage<\/b> conclus par une entreprise de <b>moins de 250 salari\u00e9s<\/b> pour la pr\u00e9paration d&rsquo;un dipl\u00f4me ou d&rsquo;un titre \u00e0 finalit\u00e9 professionnelle \u00e9quivalant <b>au moins au baccalaur\u00e9at<\/b> et <b>au plus au master<\/b> (niveau 7) ;<\/li><li>Les <b>contrats d\u2019apprentissage<\/b> conclus par une <b>entreprise d\u2019au moins 250 salari\u00e9s <\/b>pour la pr\u00e9paration d&rsquo;un dipl\u00f4me ou d&rsquo;un titre \u00e0 finalit\u00e9 professionnelle \u00e9quivalant <b>au plus au master<\/b> ;<\/li><li>Les <b>contrats de professionnalisation<\/b> conclus avec un <b>salari\u00e9 \u00e2g\u00e9 de moins de 30 ans<\/b> pour la pr\u00e9paration soit :<\/li><li>d&rsquo;un dipl\u00f4me ou d&rsquo;un titre \u00e0 finalit\u00e9 professionnelle \u00e9quivalant <b>au plus au master<\/b><\/li><li>d&rsquo;un <b>certificat de qualification professionnelle<\/b> de branche ou interbranche<\/li><li>Les contrats de professionnalisation exp\u00e9rimentaux institu\u00e9s par la loi avenir professionnel du 5 septembre 2018.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Pour les entreprises d\u2019au moins 250 salari\u00e9s, le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de l\u2019aide exceptionnelle est conditionn\u00e9 au respect d\u2019un quota d&rsquo;alternants dans leur effectif en 2025.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-b3888be elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"b3888be\" data-element_type=\"section\"
