href=\"https:\/\/presse.economie.gouv.fr\/27102022-evolutions-du-dispositif-de-soutien-de-letat-aux-entreprises-aux-collectivites-locales-et-aux-associations-face-a-la-hausse-des-prix-de-lenergie\/\">Communiqu\u00e9 de presse du 27 octobre 2022\u00a0<\/a><\/p><p>Suite \u00e0 notre communication du 02.11.2022, et pour faire face \u00e0 la hausse exceptionnelle des prix de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, le Gouvernement a annonc\u00e9 de nouvelles mesures pour prot\u00e9ger les entreprises :<\/p><ul><li>L\u2019aide gaz et \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 pour les entreprises grandes consommatrices d\u2019\u00e9nergie serait prolong\u00e9e en 2023 (voir communication du 02.11.2022 et en attente du d\u00e9cret)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Bouclier tarifaire pour les TPE :<\/li><\/ul><p>D\u00e8s la fin 2022, les TPE de moins de 10 salari\u00e9s, et ayant un chiffre d\u2019affaires ou un total de bilan inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 2 M\u20ac, et ayant un compteur \u00e9lectrique d\u2019une puissance inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 36 kVA seront \u00e9ligibles au bouclier tarifaire des particuliers. <br \/>Ces entreprises continueront \u00e0 \u00eatre \u00e9ligibles au bouclier tarifaire en 2023.<\/p><p><b>Nouveau dispositif \u00ab Amortisseur d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 pour une partie des TPE et pour toutes les PME \u00bb :<\/b><\/p><p>En 2023, toutes les TPE qui ne sont pas prot\u00e9g\u00e9es par le bouclier tarifaire (en raison d\u2019un compteur \u00e9lectrique d\u2019une puissance sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 36 kVA) et toutes les PME b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d\u2019un nouveau dispositif d\u2019amortisseur \u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Les conditions de ce dispositif se trouve sur : Aides aux entreprises et aux collectivit\u00e9s locales pour faire face aux prix de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et du gaz: pr\u00e9cisions apport\u00e9es sur le dispositif amortisseur | Minist\u00e8res \u00c9cologie \u00c9nergie Territoires (ecologie.gouv.fr)<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">La r\u00e9duction de prix induite par l\u2019amortisseur \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 sera automatiquement et directement d\u00e9compt\u00e9e de\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">la facture d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise. Une compensation financi\u00e8re sera vers\u00e9e aux fournisseurs d\u2019\u00e9nergie\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">par l\u2019Etat.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Pour accompagner les chefs d&rsquo;entreprise face \u00e0 la flamb\u00e9e des prix de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, le comit\u00e9 de crise sur\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">l\u2019\u00e9nergie a annonc\u00e9 le 10 novembre la mise en ligne d\u2019une \u00ab\u00a0checklist\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9nergie (10 questions abordant 4\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">th\u00e9matiques ; \u00ab\u00a0le contrat\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0les prix\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0les aides\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0la m\u00e9diation\u00a0\u00bb) pour \u00ab\u00a0apporter un premier niveau\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">d\u2019information\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0anticiper le renouvellement de leurs contrats de fourniture d\u2019\u00e9nergie\u00a0\u00bb. Ce document,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">disponible sur le site du M\u00e9diateur des entreprises, sera mis \u00e0 jour
