16 ao\u00fbt 2022)\u00a0<\/p><p>Dans le cadre de la loi sur le pouvoir d\u2019achat, il est pr\u00e9vu une baisse de la<b> cotisation maladie<\/b> en cas de faibles revenus (et une suppression pour les professionnels lib\u00e9raux d\u00e9pendants de la Cnav-PL).<\/p><p>\u00a0Cette baisse doit s\u2019appliquer \u00e0 compter du 1er janvier 2022 et sera prise en compte :\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>dans les nouveaux \u00e9ch\u00e9anciers de cotisations provisionnelles <b>envoy\u00e9s en d\u00e9cembre 2022<\/b> ;\u00a0<\/li><li>dans les r\u00e9gularisations de cotisations sociales au titre de 2022 bas\u00e9es sur les d\u00e9clarations des revenus de mai ou juin
