Depuis le 15 mai 2022,\u202fla d\u00e9nomination EI<\/strong> est obligatoire\u202fsur tous les documents officiels de l\u2019entrepreneur individuel, pour bien s\u00e9parer ses biens et ainsi prot\u00e9ger son patrimoine personnel. <\/span>Attention\u202f: cette d\u00e9nomination s\u2019applique \u00e9galement au libell\u00e9 de votre compte bancaire.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

  • Il faut demander cet ajout \u00e0 votre conseiller ou au service client.\u202f\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Pour rappel il n\u2019est pas obligatoire d\u2019ouvrir un compte bancaire d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 professionnelle de l\u2019entrepreneur individuel, il s\u2019agit simplement d\u2019une recommandation afin de pr\u00e9venir les comptes bancaires personnels de toutes saisies de la part des cr\u00e9anciers professionnels.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

    • Il existe des cas de figure o\u00f9 ce compte devient obligatoire, il s\u2019agit du micro-entrepreneur, ou de l\u2019entrepreneur individuel ayant la qualit\u00e9 de commer\u00e7ant, dont le chiffre d\u2019affaires d\u00e9passe pendant 2 ann\u00e9es cons\u00e9cutives\u00a010 000 euros.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Quelle que soit la nature de l\u2019activit\u00e9 exerc\u00e9e (commerciale, lib\u00e9rale, artisanale\u2026) la d\u00e9nomination \u00ab EI \u00bb ou \u00ab Entrepreneur individuel \u00bb doit figurer pour les documents suivants\u202f:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

      • Devis,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
      • Site internet,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
      • Tampon de soci\u00e9t\u00e9,\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
        • Bons de commande,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        • Factures,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        • Contrats (CGU, CGI, contrats de prestations de services),\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        • Documents publicitaires,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        • Correspondance avec les institutions (Urssaf, Services Fiscaux, etc.),<\/span><\/li>
